Following the tragedy which occurred on January 8th, 2010 in Cabinda, that cost the life of two members of the Togolese delegation and put the entire nation into mourning, the President and the Secretary General of the World Sports Alliance expressed their sympathies to H.E. Mr. Christophe P. TCHAO, Minister of Sports and Leisure of the Republic of Togo, and presented their most sincere condolences to the Togolese nation and the victims’ families.
